Randa Hamed Managing Director OKAZ Portfolio Management Board Member Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX) Randa Hamed is a seasoned Managing Director with over 23 years of experience in the stockbrokerage and asset management industry. As the company's managing director and head of the firm's investment committee, she has a proven track record of delivering strong investment performance and managing large, HNW and institutional portfolios. Prior to her current role, Randa held senior positions at OKAZ Stockbrokers & Investment Consultants where she developed expertise in a variety of asset classes and investment strategies. She is highly skilled in managing risk, developing investment policies and strategies, and implementing effective investment processes. Randa is a strategic thinker who excels at building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. She has a deep understanding of the regulatory environment and is committed to ensuring that the firm operates in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Randa holds and an MBA from Edinburgh business school Heriot Watt University and a bachelor's degree in economics from the American University in Cairo (AUC). She is a CFT’e charter holder (Certified Financial Technical Analyst) from the International Federation of Technical Analysts (IFTA) and certified Technical Analyst CETA holder from the Egyptian Society Of Technical Analysts (ESTA). In addition to her expertise in technical analysis she earned the CPM designation (Certified Portfolio Manager) from the Egyptian Investment Management Association (EIMA). Randa completed her training in portfolio management in the UK “The Euromoney Portfolio Management Techniques” course and prior to that the Research Analysis Tour in Washington and New York USA. Randa is Vice Chairperson of the Egyptian Society of Technical Analysts (ESTA). Randa is an active member of several industry organizations and takes part in discussions and conferences related to the capital market.
